Meet Your Coach
Zeuse Valentine · Founder & Coach, Olympian Health Solutions
I know what it's like to lose your strength — and your confidence in your own body. I've been there. And I know the way back.
At 90 pounds, I was the scrawny kid who picked up a barbell hoping to change — and added about 70 pounds of muscle over the years that followed. Then a serious shoulder injury took it all away. Physical therapy at ProActive in Battle Ground brought me back and lit a lifelong passion for sports medicine and recovery.
Today I'm the primary caregiver and coach for my 87-year-old grandfather — so I understand training around real bodies, real fears, and real life. That's why senior fitness and post-injury training are my specialties, and why every program is grounded in clinical science, never guesswork.
"Exercise saved my life. Now my mission is simple — to help as many people as I can find that same strength." — Zeuse ValentineReserve Your Free Session

Two Ways to Train
Choose the setting that fits your life. Same doctoral-level coaching, same science — delivered your way.
I come to your living room, garage, or a nearby park — with the equipment and the plan. No gym, no commute, no travel fee.
Train live over video from any time zone. Real-time translation means you hear every cue in your own language — and a free FitPack ships to your door nationwide.
Primary Specialty · Senior Fitness
Strength has no age limit.
Some of my proudest work happens with clients in their 60s, 70s, and beyond. With doctoral-level physical therapy training, I specialize in helping older adults build the strength, balance, and confidence to live independently — and keep doing the things they love.
Getting started is easy — book a free 25-minute in-home visit. We talk goals, check your movement, and you leave with a plan whether or not we train together.
Family members are welcome to join the first call.
Evidence-based balance and stability training that keeps you steady on your feet — at home, on stairs, on the beach.
Carry your own groceries. Lift your grandkids. Travel with confidence. We train for real life, not the mirror.
Safe, progressive resistance training that supports bone density and works with arthritis — never against it.
Every exercise is scaled to you. No intimidation, no rushing — just steady progress and genuine encouragement.
Primary Specialty · Post-PT
Physical therapy gets you out of pain. Bridge gets you strong enough to stay that way — the missing step between the clinic and real life.
Cleared, but not confident — and nervous about re-injury.
Doctoral-level programming that rebuilds strength around your history — safely, progressively.
Back to lifting, hiking, playing, and living — without fear of the pain returning.
I pick up where your physical therapist left off and can communicate with your care team when it helps.
We rebuild the strength, mobility, and control that keep the problem from coming back.
You'll relearn to trust your body under load — the part rehab rarely finishes.
Getting started — bring your discharge notes to a free assessment. I'll map the bridge from where PT ended to where you want to be, and can coordinate with your care team.
The Proof
Real people, real numbers — every one of them started with a single free consultation.
Down 28 pounds in 16 weeks — and consistent for the first time ever.
Added 45 lbs to her deadlift, completely pain-free, at 54.
First-ever pull-up after 12 weeks of structured training.
A year of balance work — independent, steady, and confident again.
Choose Your Path
Whoever you are, there's a lane built for you — every program custom-made around your goals, your pace, and your body.
Complete strength, coaching, and education — start to finish, built entirely around you.
Just finished physical therapy? I bridge the gap from rehab to genuinely strong — safely, at your pace.
Gentle, focused sessions for strength, balance, and the confidence to keep doing what you love.
Not sure which fits? After a free consultation I'll recommend the session length and frequency that make the most sense for you.
The Lab
Where the science lives. Browse the research I trust — each study broken down in plain English and why it shapes how I coach — then run your own 2-minute Vitality Assessment.
In a landmark trial, frail adults with an average age of 87 did progressive resistance training and made large gains in strength, walking speed, and stair-climbing — some ditched their canes. Muscle responds to training at any age.
A Cochrane review of 100+ trials found that exercise focused on balance and strength cuts the rate of falls in older adults by about 23%. It's one of the best-proven interventions in all of medicine.
An overview of Cochrane reviews found that for many chronic-pain conditions, physical activity and exercise can reduce pain severity and improve function and quality of life — with very few downsides compared to drugs.
For chronic low-back pain, a Cochrane review found exercise therapy reduces pain and improves function versus no treatment or usual care. Loading the back — carefully — is part of the fix, not the enemy.
Evidence-based rehab guidance is clear: coming back from injury should be guided by restored strength and function — not just the calendar. Rushing back before strength returns is a top driver of re-injury. That gap is exactly what I coach.
Working muscle releases signaling molecules called myokines that have genuine anti-inflammatory effects throughout the body. Training doesn't just build muscle — it changes your internal chemistry for the better.
"No time to lift?" A research review shows that even short, low-volume resistance sessions build meaningful strength. Consistency at 20 minutes beats a perfect two-hour plan you'll never keep.

Questions
Absolutely — beginners often see the fastest progress. Every program starts with an assessment and is built around your current level. You'll never be thrown into something you're not ready for.
Education, individualization, and real empathy. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology from Oregon State, currently in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program — and I'm the caregiver and coach for my own 87-year-old grandfather. Your program is built on movement science and genuine understanding, not recycled templates.
This is my specialty area. While personal training isn't a substitute for medical care, my doctoral PT education means I program intelligently around limitations and coordinate with your healthcare providers when needed.
Not even close. Working with older adults is one of my specialties. Strength and balance training is among the best-proven ways to protect your independence, prevent falls, and stay capable for the things you love — and every program is scaled patiently to where you are today.
I come to you — your living room, garage, yard, or a nearby park — and bring the equipment and the plan. No gym membership, no commute, no intimidation. We just need a small space to move. It's training built around your life, not the other way around.
Most clients feel a difference in 2–3 weeks and see visible change by week 6–8. Consistency beats intensity — and my job is engineering a plan you can actually stick to.
If you complete your first month of coaching, follow the plan, and don't feel it was worth it — I'll work with you until it is. Your results are my reputation.
Absolutely, and it works beautifully. Real-time translation runs through our live sessions, so you hear my coaching in your language and I understand you in yours — cues, questions, encouragement, all of it. Coaching has reached people in 50+ languages; yours is almost certainly one of them.
